Future of School Libraries

As our methods of how we  obtain information changes, what impact does this have on school libraries?  No longer do students just need books.

This week Creative Writing students are again in the media center watching and learning about The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore.  While William Joyce writes for children,  his works transcends age limits, as all ages can enjoy his pieces and can take away something different.

Perhaps my favorite moment in the Academy Award winning short video is a shot of Morris Lessmore's writing:

If life is enjoyed, does it have to make sense? This children's book and video engages viewers of all ages as it poses questions like this.
